Feed Mill Plant

• Spearheads a team on the creation of three (3) manuals and forms on QMS, HACCP, and GMP for a Livestock Feed Mill Plant• Leads the Food Safety Team and ensure that processes needed for the FSQMS are established• Develops the Company’s prerequisite programs and ensures that PRPs are implemented, monitored, and communicated to the appropriate parties• Prepares a Flow Diagram for each feed product covered by the Food Safety Management System and verified the accuracy of those diagrams• Coordinates pre- and operational inspection in Feed Mill Plant to help ensure GMP standards

Biogas Digester And Wastewater Treatment Plant

• Conducts laboratory trials on various organic materials as a potential feedstock for the Biogas Digester Plant (napier plant, chicken and pig manure)• Calculates and presents projected increase in biogas production based on the test results• Maintains functionality of laboratory-scale biogas reactors

Agro-Industrial, Livestock, Crops, And Power Division
