I joined Mercer, a $5B+ revenue portfolio company of MMC, as part of their new Finance Leadership Team as Director of Decision Support. My management responsibility has grown to 10 colleagues and owner of our data warehouses and BI tools that deliver real time analytics. Successfully merged multiple BI tools into PowerBI across organization. We have initiated long-term annual cost savings of $40m+, divested non-core businesses, centralized back-office resources, and developed $300m+ bonus plans with a more effective and transparent incentives structure. I have been with MMC since 2011 as part of their Financial Leadership Development Program after receiving my MBA from Columbia.
