We were responsible for indexing over 25M products on Apache Solr and maintaining product CDC pipeline. +100M product update events were processed on daily basis. There were +70 vm in Solr cluster, +15 different type of microservice application in our domain and we were maintaining all these components for 2 data center to eliminate single point of failure.- We were using Debezium to capture product changes and feeding Kafka topics with these… Show more - I was a member of Search Engine Team. There were +70 vm in Solr cluster, +15 different type of microservice application in our domain and we were maintaining all these components for 2 data center to eliminate single point of failure.- We were using Debezium to capture product changes and feeding Kafka topics with these data, developing producer&consumer microservices and handling devops issues for Kafka, Debezium and Solr cluster.- We were sending product updates to Google Merchant Center, Facebook, Criteo, Akakçe, Cimri and other digital marketing channels to feed them with our product changes. We build an event driven pipeline using Apache Kafka to handle product update stream.
