• Perform inspections of raw gas (CO2) coming from Ammonia plant & final product of liquid CO2 according to well-defined criteria using ISBT specifications• Rework or reject Raw or finished product as required based on acceptance criteria.• Verify matching the production to ISBT specifications.• Monitor operation process ( Purification, Drying & liquefaction ) of CO2 with DCS.• Work on many devices such as GC 9000 analyzer for THC , GC 8900 Analyzer for aromatic hydrocarbons, Sulfer Analyzer and Dew point Analyzer (H2O content).• Treat cooling tower water and measure TDS, pH & conductivity.• Ensure control plans, quality planning documentation are in place.• Accurately document the results of inspections and testing using standard forms and templates.• Maintain all controlled document files and test records in a timely and accurate manner.• Participate in the construction and/or revision of SOPs for the inspection functions.• I have good awareness about HACCP plan and ISO 22000.
