Responsible for maintaining operational status of computer lab and related facilities within the College of Art and Design.Support tasks include management of printers/print queues, output devices, cage equipment, general maintenance, basic physical and IT troubleshooting and problem-solving, and customer service for students/staff/faculty.Work with students, faculty, and staff.

My primary responsibilities included designing, implementing, and testing new features, such as an internal messenger, a chatbot, and a mobile-friendly version of the platform. I worked extensively with the OutSystems platform and C#, integrating these features with a PostgreSQL database to ensure seamless and reliable functionality.Collaborating with a team of five developers, I embraced Agile methodologies to deliver updates efficiently and effectively.
