I have twelve years of technical experience in monitoring, evaluation, and learning in development and humanitarian projects under contract to USAID, DFID, EU, IBRD, and UN in Palestine, Tunisia, and Libya. I have significant experience in building monitoring and evaluation (M&E) and knowledge management (KM) systems that focus on developing and designing performance monitoring systems and methodologies, providing performance management, third-party monitoring, data quality assurance, and impact assessment. My extensive technical expertise also includes conducting M&E trainings and capacity-building and third-party monitoring. Additionally, I have the skills to use data visualization for monitoring and evaluation purposes, such as designing infographics and dynamic dashboards.As the President of the Palestinian Evaluation Association and the Chair of the Board of Directors of the Middle East and North Africa Evaluation Association, I have gained tremendous experience and skills in evaluation, national and international capacity building, and working with international voluntary groups.
