FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES• Prepare Monthly Financial Accounts consisting of Statement of comprehensive income, Statement of financial position, statement of cash flows, With notes to the accounts and commentary thereon;• Prepare ratio analysis of monthly accounts;• Help subordinate in preparing Monthly Trial balance;• Weekly budgeting of funds and look after the funds movement;• Workout feasibility studies of new projects;• Costing of customer orders;• Monitoring of daily cash transactions;• Verify all payment cheques;• Supervising monthly Sales tax return;• Supervising Monthly Income tax statements fillings;MANAGEMENT AND CORPORATE RESPONSIBILITIES• Coordination with banks for all operational and financing concerns.• Work with Internal auditors on various task assign by Management;• Help management in Software development,• Work with management and draft various HR related policies like Bonus, Incentives etc.,• Conduct and coordinate with external auditors for yearly audit;• Make and draft all type of secretarial documents like “Resolution of Board of Directors” etc.,• Working on W.P.P.F. as member of fund.

• Managing routine financial transaction into Company Software;• Prepare Job wise Costing & Profit & Loss Statement;• Prepare aging report of Debtor and Creditors, to assure timely payments to the suppliers;• Financial budgeting and forecasting;• Prepare Half yearly Closing;• Monthly Bank Reconciliation Statement• Filling Monthly Sales Tax Return;• Finalization of payroll

• Make Receipt and Payments Vouchers;• Recording day to day transaction in company’s Software;• Monthly Trial Balance;• Bank Reconciliation Statement;• Preparation of Payroll;• Calculation of employee related taxes;• Calculation for Bids/ Comparative statements;• Billing.
