I led OES customised learning design and production as a growth portfolio from startup phase. This involved my engagement from end-to-end - including strategy, roadmap, business development, scoping, costing, timelines, resourcing, partner and client management, managing P&L across all learning design growth products, agile ways of working and leading the design and production of 200+ new high-quality customised learning courses and products for a diverse range of partners and clients locally and globally.I assembled, upskilled, cross-skilled and led high-performing global product teams that were engaged and responsive to the needs of each client and project we worked on. I grew the team from 1 person at my commencement to a global team of 17 team members, at times flexing up to a team of 45 team members working across multiple concurrent large-scale projects. Clear Horizon (www.clearhorizon.com.au) is a consultancy specialising in collaborative design and evaluation for a more sustainable and just world. I led Clear Horizon's commercial learning startup from the ground up - the Clear Horizon Academy.During this first year of operation, we exceeded all targets (revenue, enrolments, completion rates and learner satisfaction) and developed new sources of business.I was responsible for leading product, strategy, operations and the roll out of the Clear Horizon Academy, which included:- Productising Clear Horizon's learning IP that was developed over the last decade.- Leading learning product strategy - public learning offerings and bespoke learning solutions.- Transforming Clear Horizon's learning IP into the world of online learning- Leading the design, production, delivery, evaluation and iteration of online, blended and face to face learning.- Leading learning systems. - Managing the Clear Horizon Academy team (Learning Experience Coordinator, Developer, Videographer, Learning Designers) and key stakeholders including internal subject matter experts, external industry specialists, and close collaboration with marketing.- Established and ensured the highest quality learning experiences were designed and delivered to provide inspiring, innovative and effective outcomes in learning and work.- Establishing a rigorous approach to learning design, development, evaluation and iteration.- Created a scalable learning design system.- Leading by example in best practice learning design by exercising my skills to intelligently create and shape learning content, design and delivery; form and function; vision and execution. - Ensuring that trends in learning design, behavioural science insights, commercial learning product management and strategy were explored and leveraged.- Managing the Clear Horizon Academy budget.

Managed the planning, design, development and delivery of the professional development programs to support the new technology systems such as the new Student Management System.

- Led a number of strategic online and blended learning projects. Example projects included the release of a set of Box Hill Institute MOOCs http://mooc.bhtafe.edu.au/ and the institute badges project.- Learning design, development, monitoring and evaluating innovative and pedagogically sound educational online and blended learning courses, assessment and project material.- Advised executive and staff across all VE and HE disciplines in the institute on best practice pedagogies to deliver strong outcomes for students studying blended and fully online courses.

- Designed and developed learning experiences that enabled learners to transfer their skills from the learning space into the workplace.- Worked with a range of Not-For-Profits, Registered Training Organisations, TAFEs and corporate clients - examples include Brotherhood of St Laurence, NMIT, Melbourne Institute of Technology and Telstra. - Consulted with a range of stakeholders, including subject matter experts, academics, trainers, assessors, quality and compliance teams to develop accredited and non-accredited training materials and learning experiences.Example project: Senior Learning Designer of the Youth Learner Engagement and Job Preparation Skills program pilot, Brotherhood of St Laurence- Program learning design and delivery.- Facilitated the first pilot group to successfully complete the course.- Evaluated outcomes against objectives.- More funding for the program was secured based on the successful outcomes of this pilot.- Iterated the course based on evaluation.
