Turkish Support Services provides Occupational Health and Safety services to all subsidiaries, including Turkish Airlines.I am carrying out the duty of Quality & Occupational Health and Safety Specialist specified in the OHS Law No. 6331Some of my work is as follows;• I am responsible for the HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) performance of employees from subsidiary companies such as Turkish Airlines Support Services (TSS), Turkish Technic, Turkish Cargo, Turkish Technology, and THY DO&CO, who work in nearly 20 facilities owned by Turkish Airlines• Prepare subsidiary companies, including Turkish Airlines, for 45001 certification processes. To ensure that the obligations within the scope of certification are fulfilled, to direct HSE employees working in subsidiary companies for documentation work, to manage the internal and external audit process.• To be involved in the ISO quality standards audits of all other subsidiary companies belonging to Turkish Airlines with OHS duties. To fulfill my responsibilities for the audits to be passed successfully.• Follow the HSE trainings of nearly 10.000 employees working as Turkish Airlines subsidiaries. • Carry out the trainings of new employees and their training renewals together with HSE team.• Provide the necessary occupational safety trainings to employees working in Turkish Airlines support services such as cleaning, security, cargo workers at Istanbul New Airport before they join their new duties.• Carry out risk assessments, emergency plans, procedures, work permits, HSE field checks for employees working at nearly 20 facilities belonging to Turkish Airlines.• Establishing procedures according to global policies and local regulation
