With 15 years of experience in independent schools, I bring seasoned leadership and expertise to my role as Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB). Over the past decade and a half, I have successfully built and scaled diversity programming from the ground up, creating and executing comprehensive DEIB strategic plans tailored to organizational needs.
