I am a Chartered HR Professional and experienced Non-Executive Director with almost 20 years of strategic Organisational Development (OD) expertise. My career spans across diverse industries including professional services, oil and gas, mining, health, academia, agriculture, and ICT businesses. Throughout my career, I have consistently demonstrated the ability to navigate complex organisations, leading teams to deliver impactful OD initiatives that align with overarching business strategies.
