As a Research Assistant at the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia (ESCWA), I use data analysis and visualization skills to support the development of evidence-based policy recommendations and reports on various socio-economic issues in the region. I work with a multidisciplinary team of experts and stakeholders to collect, clean, and manipulate data from various sources, and apply statistical and analytical tools to generate insights and trends. I also create and present compelling data visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Excel.My passion for data analytics stems from my academic background and professional experience. I hold a Master's degree in Business Analytics from the American University of Beirut, where I learned how to apply data-driven methods and techniques to solve real-world business problems and create value. I also have a Bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance, and previous internships in customer service and procurement, where I gained exposure to the financial and operational aspects of different organizations. I have multiple honors and certifications that demonstrate my proficiency and excellence in data analysis, business, and languages.My goal is to leverage my data analytics skills and knowledge to contribute to the social and economic development of the region and the world.
