• Engineered packaging for vehicle instrument panels including radio, navigation, climate control, air conditioning (A/C) and other systems. • Presented the design to Ford Europe, traveling to the UK to introduce the panels to the region. • Oversaw project timeline and scheduling, supervising a product development team (PDT) to ensure projects were completed on-time, within specifications. • Collaborated with the vehicle operation design studio and the plant Build Coordinator to gain approval for designs and ensure compliance with company protocol.

• Architected design studies for diesel engine packaging in the Explorer truck to restructure the design and packaging of all under-bonnet components, including engine brackets, iron and fuel lines, electrical systems, exhaust systems, and the washer fluid reservoir. • Managed multiple PDT teams throughout product life cycle. • Defined and developed design and validation requirements to maintain quality. • Led retrofitting/modernization of the Lincoln Town vehicle to meet European standards. • Designed and packaged climate-controlled seats for the Navigator MY2000.

• Restructured the F-Series truck fuel supply system. • Crafted Ford Motor Company’s natural vehicle system, conducting all collision tests to enhance vehicle safety and achieve compliance with federal requirements.

• Designed and implemented integrated technical solutions for various GM vehicle models.• Performed testing of loudspeakers and sound systems, in addition to collaborating with different departments on component packaging.
