Duties:- Develop travel demand models using TransCAD and CUBE,- Apply travel demand forecasting techniques and procedures to transportation problems.Accomplishments:- Designed an automated process using the VB Script (in MS Excel) to analyze the traffic and to estimate revenue of the existing toll road corridors over the next fifteen years for Panama City, Panama.- Developed and calibrated a travel demand model and a land use forecasting model using the TransCAD software for Tri-County, Michigan, USA.- Developed a five-county four-step travel demand forecasting model in CUBE for the Greater Treasure Coast Region, Florida, USA.- Developed methodology and a prototype model for modeling High Occupancy Toll Lanes in Florida using CUBE software.- Simulated several locations and freeway interchanges of I-95 (Florida) using the CORSIM micro-simulation modeling system and analyzed the results.
