- Tracking the relevant infrastructure tender competitions announced by the Government Agencies. Collecting required documents that prove the eligibility of the organization to participate in the bidding process, preparing and submitting bids, reviewing awarded contracts, and staying up to date with changing legal requirements. - Conducting market research, competitors’ analysis, determining active or planned infrastructural projects, and holding and updating the list of organizations engaged in those projects. - Collaborating with the sales team in terms of exchanging information about key players on the market, and tracking the progress of establishing relations with those organizations. - Managing the organization’s presence in the relevant trade shows, fairs, and exhibitions. Updating the existing and producing new printed advertising and promo materials. - Taking part in the development of new products. Determining the market need for the new products by searching for potential consumers and holding meetings with them. - Supporting the production in solving issues relating to the maintenance and procurement of critical components for machinery, and rare spare parts from external markets. - Facilitating the modernization and upgrade of technology equipment to achieve a new level of productivity and cost-effectiveness.

Duties/Responsibilities:• Collaborating with the Production Team to identify and maintain resources needed to establish and provide an effective supply chain;• Developing and maintaining detailed inventories of materials and supplies located in the company, at sites, and in the factory;• Maintaining the required quantity of supplies and materials to optimize production;• Developing and changing policies and procedures to increase efficiency throughout the supply chain while ensuring quality and safety; • Identification of optimal shipment and transportation routes with attention to consolidation of warehousing and distribution.• Assessing the need for material-handling equipment and staffing; • Making recommendations to ensure efficient loading, unloading, movement, and storage of materials;• Negotiating the prices for raw material and delivery with suppliers, vendors, and/or shipping companies;• Participating as an advisory member of the product development team, providing information and guidance on the availability and cost of supplies and materials;•Acting as part of the team coordinating engineering changes, product line extension, or new product launches to ensure timely production flow;• Monitoring the performance of suppliers, assessing their ability to meet quality and delivery requirements; • Identification and qualification of new suppliers in collaboration with other departments;

- Established a Quality Management System within the Company in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001 standard;- In 2008 organized certification of the corporate QMS by German certification body TÜV SÜD;The role included:- development of Quality Manual, work procedures, job descriptions, and training materials for personnel. - Organization of pieces of training for personnel and supervision over their duly conduction and assessment;- Conduction of internal quality audits and Management Reviews with subsequent analysis ofcollected data; - Reporting to the Top Management on QMS performance;- Measuring Customers satisfaction;- ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and health and safety practices and procedures were later added to QMS to form an Integrated Management System under my direct responsibility.

• Assisting the Company CEO in administrative work; • Facilitating communication between local project staff and foreign subject matter experts and technology providers (geologists, electricians, chemists, mechanical engineers, hydro-geologists, economists, etc), customer representatives, and Government officials; • Interpreting between multiple languages (English, French, Russian, Azerbaijani, and Turkish);• Translating tender documents, feasibility study documents, contracts, general and particular conditions of contracts, quality-related technical documents, international industry standards such as AWWA, ASTM, ISO, BS, DIN, etc.), monthly progress reports, quarterly progress reports, annual project management reports, invoices, letters to the officials, seminar and meeting materials related to project activities, minutes/agreements that are relevant to the work, texts, and documents of various types (legal, economic, legal, financial, etc);• Preparation of official letters to communicate with external stakeholders;• Ordering tools, spare parts, and consumables from external markets arranging their logistics, and tracking the delivery status;• Taking part in laboratory experiments conducted to assess the quality of the GRP pipes and components;• Keeping track of schedules/appointments;• Greeting, assisting, accommodating, and accompanying the Company's visitors, guests, and foreign delegations.
