In order to implement my managerial skills, I started my career as a managing director of estimation engineering firm. My duties include the following:1. Monitoring and tracking all running projects for their completion on promised time.2. Assuring that all projects are managed properly in order to avoid mistakes.3. Final checking of project for exact scope of work, accurate takeoff, detailed breakdown and realistic pricing4. Preparing proposals for clients after reviewing their drawings and requested scope of work5. Providing response to all queries of clients after reviewing drawings

Learning and growth never comes to an end for an enthusiastic engineer. After getting expert as an estimation engineer, I chose to excel my career as a head of estimation team. My duties include the following;1. Providing response to all clients related to their projects2. Assigning all running projects to different team members with respect to their eligibility to tackle project3. Monitoring and formatting the project estimate with respect to detailed breakdown of all CSI divisions by getting work from all team members4. Quality assurance and checking the working of different team members5. Organizing weekly meetings with team members for discussion of hurdles and challenges faced during working and getting solutions for them
