• Configuring Upstream's proprietary platform for each campaign according to campaign specifications• Collaborating with all relevant teams by discussing client requirements of campaign and documenting user experience cases for each project• Participating in optimization of campaign's modules, fine-tuning and providing clear insights on platform's capabilities, from design phase to completion• Compile and execute QA test cases• Monitoring live campaigns to ensure desired user experience is provided

• Monitoring entire Upstream infrastructure (hardware, software, applications, etc) that is utilized for execution of company's revenue generating campaigns and ensuring that it is operating without any problems.• Quickly detecting, resolving and escalating any issues that come up.
