You will support Greenius clients to successfully navigate the customizable software training program.Job Description:- Proficient in using and educating others on Greenius software- Maintains and works with HubSpot CRM software daily, including data entry & documenting client activity- Coaches & trains clients on Greenius software over the phone and within zoom meetings ensuring client is knowledgeable and competent using the Greenius software- Works closely with the sales and IT teams resolving client concerns- Client care representative including administration and answering phones- Neat, organized, detail oriented, conscientious, reliable & friendly- Other duties and special assignments as requiredRequirements and Qualifications:- Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite- Proficient in or able to learn customer relationship management program- Must represent the company in a courteous and professional manner ensuring excellent client care- Great time-management skillsKey Performance Indicators:- Resolution of client concerns in a timely manner- Client retention- Client satisfaction - Greenius training products & CRM knowledge
