The responsibilities of this role include:- Conducting daily reconciliations for CBI and NOSTRO accounts.- Implementing transfers and payments, both internal (RTGS, ACH) and external (SWIFT), including incoming, outgoing, and investigation cases.- Ensuring compliance with regulations, policies, procedures, and management instructions for all transactions.- Regularly communicating with business people and product management to resolve issues and enhance processes for improved customer service.- Striving for a good audit rating with no significant observations.- Identifying system issues and raising change requests for necessary requirements.- Handling ACH check settlement and cheques books printing.- Implementing treasury and financial markets operations.- Providing full back office support for corporate Islamic operations, including deals' booking, after-sale, settlements, risk management, and controls.- Reviewing and processing account opening agreements, performing central bank black list checking, verifying KYC forms, obtaining GCD approval for high-risk nationalities (if required), validating trade licenses, reports, introductory/referral letters, chamber of commerce documents, power of attorney, legal approvals (if required), certified Memorandum & Articles of Association, and board resolutions for account opening.- Ensuring customer profiles comply with anti-money laundering policy guidelines.- Submitting timely reports and documents for account opening, customer data updates, adding/removing signatures, and closing accounts.- Reviewing and approving customer documents for account opening.- Managing records of all opened accounts.- Acting as a data update maker for customer data requests from branches and other departments.- Handling cash and performing daily spot cash management for tellers.- Managing archiving operations.
