Fontis Solutions is a business and marketing communications company that delivers unique solutions to various business challenges. I work with new and existing clients to identify areas of need and create a customized strategy to fit that need. These solutions can range from implementing technology for simplifying internal operations to marketing campaigns to attract or retain customers. Ultimately, my goal is to tailor solutions and help companies save money and increase revenue.

As a Personal Marketing Assistant in the financial planning division of MetLife, I communicated with clients daily and collaborated with the marketing team to develop and implement plans to raise production. I focused on the marketing of my advisor through internet marketing, local advertising and educational seminars while also handling administrative tasks such as maintaining the client database and preparing documents for meetings.

As the Chair of the Diversity and Wellness program for my housing community, I planned student events to promote health and diversity. Through my position, I implemented new outreach programs and increased the number of events we held per quarter to give students more opportunities to become involved in their community.

I assisted in promotional activities and merchandise presentation for the clothing store while facilitating customer service. I also analyzed sales and inventory reports to assist the buyer in determining purchasing decisions.
