Award Winning Therapist and Coach , Author of Reconnect Your Life with over 15 years experience in both personal and corporate settings.- I use a mixture of traditional psychotherapy, behavioural science and soothing yet effective Mindfulness - there are a number of different programs and ways to work with me - but my main aim is to provide you with the tools to stay connected and have healthy boundaries and a high bar. Alongside this the Bemoore Foundation supports young women in the community - we know that a healthy sense of self needs to start young and through 121 coaching and workshops for schools we provide support in self esteem, confidence and tackle some of those challenging topics faced by young women in the world today.
