As Special Assistant to Baylor's President and Chancellor, Judge Ken Starr, I focused specifically on legal matters, global education, collegiate athletics, international affairs and speechwriting. Daily, I drafted correspondence and talking points for the President and helped manage his day-to-day meetings and events. In the spring, I served as teaching.

Waco, Texas Area

As a student assistant I served as an ambassador to greet office guests, participated in various research projects and helped perform daily office tasks. I occupied the front desk of the Office of the President and monitored the main phone line.

Baylor University

I primarily assisted with media correspondence for the Baylor women's golf team. I conducted pre-tournament and post-round interviews with the head coach and wrote press releases that appeared on the Baylor Athletics website. Other responsibilities included assisting other Sports Information Directors with statistics and hospitality at various sporting.

I led 13 high school girls in serving food, cleaning the kitchen and dining facilities, and performing other behind-the-scenes work at a Christian summer camp. During this time, I also mentored and spiritually directed the girls through planning Bible studies and facilitating conversations about growth and leadership.
