• Configuring and maintaining BGP sessions with upstream providers and customers.• Service provisioning including Internet service, MPLS L2&3 VPNs, and other network-based services.• Device monitoring software (i.e. SolarWinds, PRTG)• Working with Cisco Systems: IOS-XE, IOS-XR and IOS-NX, Cisco Aironet, WLC, ISE.• Working with Fortinet systems.

•Configure, service, and support all aspects of on-air and post-production broadcast automation systems, specifically network configurations, remote encoders, and control platforms.•Provide technical (hardware, software, and networking) support for the Post Production facility, including Microsoft, Linux, Apple Operating systems, IP networking, and video equipment.•Coordinate and execute new project initiatives while protecting air and providing standard day-to-day troubleshooting and maintenance functions on all broadcast network systems.•Performing day-to-day routine maintenance on all hub and spoke IT and broadcast systems.

• Provide on-site operation and support for Multi Mediation (online & offline) systems.• Develop and configure all required Business Flows and CDR Streams.• Timely resolution of escalated problem & trouble tickets.• Perform pro-active monitoring for Multi-Mediation nodes.• Track and debug issues on all Multi-Mediation nodes.• Generate weekly / monthly report for Multi-Mediation nodes’ KPIs.
