Ali Muirden is a multi AUDIE, SWPA and SOVAS Award winning and GRAMMY nominated audio book producer and director and divides her time between running her own digital publishing company, Creative Content and working on a freelance and consultancy basis for her publishing clients, specialising in audio producing/directing, publishing and also casting audio book projects on their behalf. She won "best production" for the multi cast production of "The Graveyard Book" by Neil Gaiman, published by Harper Audio USA and she recently produced and directed the full cast edition of "Good Omens" by Neil Gaiman and Terry Pratchett, featuring Michael Sheen, David Tennant and narrated by Rebecca Front in 2021 and a new full cast 20th Anniversary edition of Coraline in 2022 narrated by Julian Rhind-Tutt.Her clients include Penguin Random House UK and USA, Harper Audio USA, Quercus/Hachette, Macmillan Audio USA and Brilliance Audio.She has produced numerous audio books for authors such as Jodi Picoult, Neil Gaiman, Peter May, Terry Pratchett, Agatha Christie, J.P. Delaney and Amanda Prowse to name just a few. She has worked with a wide variety of narrators including Sir Derek Jacobi, Elizabeth McGovern, Dan Stevens, Emilia Fox, Juliet Stevenson, Allan Corduner, Billie Fulford-Brown, Richard E Grant, Neil Young, Cate Blanchett, Andrew Garfield, Eddie Izzard, Emma Thompson (Grammy nominated) and of course her business partner, Lorelei King.Previously to this Ali was Audio Publisher at Pan Macmillan, responsible for developing and managing the audio publishing division of the Macmillan Publishing Group during which time Pan Macmillan won "Audio Publisher of the Year" at the 2005 Spoken Word Awards, acknowledged as the audio industry’s “Oscars”.Specialties: Audio and Digital Publishing consultant, award winning audiobook producing and directing (including multi cast audio projects) and casting expertise, negotiation skills, strategic development skills, senior management experience to board level.
