• Meet with Overseas clients virtually to discuss technical projects and gathering the requirements; • Exploration of new avenues to expand Company's Business ambit to proactively seek new clients;• Building compelling profiles for platforms such as Upwork and Fiverr to showcase services effectively and increase visibility to appeal potential clients;• Engagement with team members for Portfolio Development and continuous up-gradation; • Planning and Implementation of Company's roadmap for Profiles Optimization;• Responding to the invitations and offers promptly and Placement of Bids on suitable job opportunities on Upwork in a timely manner;• Provision of comprehensive backup support in the customer support department when needed for the assignment and the submission of the projects;• Maintenance of the client database and engagement in follow-up with clients on a monthly or bi-monthly basis;• Undertaking any additional Responsibilities on Ad Hoc basis assigned that contribute to the team's success;

• Overseeing client communication on various freelance platforms and emails;• Responsible for keeping a regular work flow across all the resources and maintaining a balance throughout the day;• Working as a Liaison Officer between Clients and Designers for Assigning, Analyzing, and Submission of the Projects from a plethora of platforms such as Upwork and Fiverr;

• Interaction with Customers via Calls and Social Media platforms to answer their queries apropos products and services;• Complaint resolution of order placement, processing, payments and delivery in the specified Turnaround time; coordination with sales, operations, purchase departments and third party services for a smooth order processing;• Log all issues of Business Cycle for improvements; Document informal queries to help management in the formulation of policies;

• Responsible for the up & running of the wired & wireless network;• Planning and implementation of LAN enhancements; • Server maintenance, System backups, Disaster Recovery;• System Administration, Installation and troubleshooting of Operational applications;• Provision of End-user support to Employees and Guests for Technical Issues;• CCTV Cameras (HD & IP cameras) installation, configuration and troubleshooting;

• WordPress website Development from scratch;• WordPress theme customization and enhancements to add new features;• Front-End development; conversion of static web pages to responsive websites using frameworks and libraries such as Bootstrap3 and JQuery;
