In this position, I was actively supporting over 1300 stores & office staff’s IT software & hardware, remotely and in person including multi-site visits throughout a hugely varied workflow. Duties include software imaging & staging, including IP, gateway and DNS testing. QA testing on in-development software and liaising with teams to coordinate changes. Keeping the department running smoothly requires regular stock inventory checking, maintenance and ordering which I conduct often.Being required to keep ‘on top’ of upwards of ten active tickets and chasing with our third-parties for action and performing the necessary actions myself to resolve.
