- Programming of complex online questionnaires based on the word documents provided by the client: this includes survey creation, setting filters and quotas, managing languages, exporting and reporting; - Extraction, manipulation and quality assurance of raw data from customer databases in SPSS.- Deputy team coordinator tasks – project allocation, attendance to monthly scriptwriting manager meetings; defining the details related to the survey programming, like planning, time line, resource required and potential roadblocks- Providing professional coaching and guidance for new hires;- Ability to refine and further develop current survey programming standards and policies - Generating reports that allow clients to view the status of the field;
