- Bidding activities, negotiation and market development, in the SM, MM, BN, CJ, AB, SB, AG, SJ areas;- Analyzing the competition from viewpoint of product in terms of market segment targeted;- Achievement of efficiency reports at products tested in factories or units;- Promote Company's products in specific areas;- Propose of technical solutions to improve existent abrasive products in accordance to clients operations and with market competition;- Analyze sales, made directly on through Carbochim dealers, proposing actions to increase sales;- Knowledge about abrasive market, products, prices, competition, promoting campaigns;- Comparative tests of Carbochim and competitors abrasive products;- Making products presentation sheets;- Develop products catalogues, brochures;

- Supervise the activities of the subcontractors and the subordinate staff;- Scheduling and daily distribution of work teams; - Monitoring and controlling the flow of work and confirmation in the quality plan, environment, health and safety; - Checking the execution phases according to technological dates; - Order to the procurement department, the materials required for the construction works;- Prepare and update construction and delivery schedules using Microsoft Project;- Keep track of progress and ensure that projects are on time and to budget;- Keep in touch with the designer and ask for revisions of the execution drawings when necessary;- Control and approve for payment the works done by the subcontractors;
