Planning, organizing and coordinating the daily activities of transport;Follow up transport activity (of trucks and personnel involved);Verifying/ checking drivers activity and trucks position;Informing drivers or subcontractors about transport details (loading/ unloading, goods, etc.);Using specific monitoring systems and transport management systems;Using specific tools to update the required information;Calculating routing and monitoring the general performance and utilization of the trucks.

- Planning the schedule for 105 drivers, one month in advance, according to the parameters received ;- Solving customer complaints and petitions ;- Monitoring fuel and energy consumption for each driver and vehicle, elaborating monthly report for the technical department and Energy Consumption Committee ;- Creating reports of the rate of fulfillment of technical indicators ( kilometers, driver hours, reserve hours, passenger load, commercial speed, technical breakdowns,vehicle cleanness, daily average fleet availability) ;- Planning vehicles’ technical inspections based on kilometers, ensure all vehicles have the Periodical Technical Inspection ;- Analyzing vehicle accidents, preparing documentation required for insurance claims, schedule vehicle for repairs ;- Ensuring that every driver follows work and technical instructions for their post ;- Responsible for maintaining and improving discipline for subordinates ;- Elaborating work, technical instructions, safety and health instructions ;- Elaborating work safety and health topics for regular or irregular training ;- Checking and enforcing drivers medical and psychological visas ;- Holding periodical work health and safety, quality and discipline sessions ;

- Maintaining the ticketing system (soft and hard) ;- Correlating the ticketing system with vehicle tracking and eliminating errors ;- Field inspections on ticketing and vehicle tracking hardware ;- Making validation reports for each transport line ;

- Supervision of the bus, trolley and tram transport system ;- Coordinating maintenance vehicle and teams in case of derailment, electricalmalfunctions or other technical problems ;- Enforcing schedule keeping by drivers ;
