Activitati de baza:-Realizarea instructiunilor de lucru pentru diferitele produse ce sunt asamblate in cadrul sectiei de productie;-Asigurarea standurilor de testare pentru produsele realizate;-Actualizarea instructiunilor tehnologice si de lucru ca urmare a imbunatatirii procesului de productie;-Urmarirea si respectarea procesului tehnologic;-Supervizarea efectuarii de teste pe loturi de produse;-Crearea de BOM-uri pentru produse;-Identificarea problemelor tehnice si de calitate aparute in productie, furnizarea datelor necesare analizei acestora, si prevenirea generarii altor probleme;-Realizarea PFMA pentru proiectele in faza de prototip.

Carrying out technical analysis of projects, including preliminary design, cost and selection of equipment necessary;Collecting and entering data into the system typical for the industry (BOM and Wirelist);Achieving technical specifications for manufacturing of product;Application of the 5 Whys method;Meets Analyze;Review and propose changes in technical processes;Determining the technological procedures, conditions, processes and production technique;Preparing and interpreting visual aids;Issuing sets of rules for the use of work, time and number of workers.

Quality checks and reprocessing related automotive components;Responsible for Quality System Maintenance;Root cause analysis and implementation of corrective measures for process and product related concerns;Review quality reports and drive actions to improve quality;Actions of sorting by ad-hoc inspections;Experience in cleanroom.

Main activities and responsibilities:-Phone repair, monitoring and improving production.-Analysis and diagnosis of failed units in mobile phones production.-Main boards malfunction identification -Retesting fail phones which gave the production lines -Analysis and repair of detective units on the final assembly line -Loading and repair actions performed for reporting program -Handling and use of spare parts and units with errors -Interpret schematics -Re-phone software -Electrical conections by soldering -Change the electronic components on the motherboard(filters, resistants, capacitors, etc…) -Providing feedback and support needed on the production lines in order to comply with procedures -Provide technical support and regular feedback for maintenance departaments, production and quality -Compliance with 5S system -Cooperation with engineers and technicians quality product in the investigation of errors on the production lines -Implementation of various reports in Excel -Solving global problems for certain phone models
