Everything started in 2017 with a series of motivational events organized together with the "Totul este Posibil" association. We wanted to make a contribution in the local, national, and international community by inspiring people to reach their potential.At that time, I had just learned about social dynamics when Save the Children Romania approached me for a collaboration. That's how I became a consultant in their f2f team.When we started the collaboration, their team had 4 members. After a journey of almost 2 years together, the national team had around 40 members, 7 team leaders, and one coach.In 2019, I was invited by ARC for a new collaboration, and that's when a new chapter in face-to-face fundraising began. This is how the agency I am currently part of was born. ARC had access to the market and clients, and I brought in a system focused on the development and emotional well-being of team members, inspired by my experience in recent years with Toastmasters.Our first client was SOS Children's Villages Romania. Because things worked out very well, subsequent clients included Fundatia Inovatii Sociale Regina Maria, Fundatia Umanitara Concordia, Asociatia Niciodata Singur, Preventis, Scoala de Valori, and others. Although at our highest level, we had around 60 active team members, we currently maintain around 55. I contributed to the development of three other coaches who now manage their own teams.In this beautiful ongoing process, I have learned to facilitate interactive workshops, develop nonviolent and solution-focused communication, refine individual and team coaching, develop persuasion and negotiation skills, as well as organization, logistics, and event planning. The next frontier is approaching the Eastern European market and establishing a stable recruitment system.

Totul este posibil is a non-profit organization where people believe that anything is possible!We encourage and serve people to achieve their dreams when they are stuck emotionally, intellectually or financially. We have monthly educational programs and we focus on fundraising for our red turtles.It is a challenging environment where everybody involved is trying to make the world a better place.

I help people think creatively and building up healthy habits of thought that will lead them to a fulfilled life.I know that sometimes people have a hard time living. I am aware that life is cyclic, sometimes we are up, sometimes we are down, sometimes things go real well, and sometimes they dont. The most important thing is how we respond in these days, how we handle ourselves.
