- Maintenance and management of monitoring systems.- Carrying out support activities on testing and monitoring issues.- Performing support activities for Level 1 / Level 2, in ticketing systems such as POB, ServiceNow, as well as by e-mail.- Consultation with different clients in case of new releases of applications and intervenes in finding solutions to potential scripts with failure.- Administration of monitoring applications (software level) on RHEL and Windows operating systems.- Development and automation, depending on what is required: Python scripting (Test automation for graphical interface applications, SAP applications, etc.)- Automation in C Basic through automation tools- Automation in Selenium for Python.- Recording SAP sessions based on client requirements, with implementation in visual basic scripts. Recording sessions of Web applications based on client requirements, and implementation in Python scripts, Shell scripts, C scripts. Recording back-end sessions of SOAP applications using Fiddler, and implementation into Python scripts. - Creation, conversions of SSL certificates (when necessary) to have them readable by our monitoring scripts.- Involvement in Linux operating systems during patching releases to start, check/troubleshoot and stop monitoring agents.- Installations and configurations of monitoring applications, and monitoring agents on Linux and Windows operating systems- Management of both Service Requests and support for the current application monitoring (Monitoring Operations).- Participate in team meetings to share knowledge and issues raised, but also updates of various applications).- Ensuring the proper functioning of the equipment provided.- Ensuring customer satisfaction and needs.- Providing value to the customer.- Provides management with reports on application quality.Area of expertise: Level 1 and Level 2 necessary technology, Windows, SQL, Oracle, MySQL

- technical support for the customers through the Zopim Dashboard platform, phone and email;- maintaining a constant communication with the international and national Business Partners; sending and presenting most recent product offers to them; - customer support through the Zopim Dashboard platform; - handling and confirming the customers' orders; - registering and reporting the orders in Microsoft Excel and Power Manager platform; - managing the merchandise; - assembling different PC and laptop components (such as RAM memory, processors, displays, keyboards, cooling fans etc.); - examine Smartphones and tablets components (LCD/touchscreen) to determine the validity of their warranty.

Testing, analyzing, and recording, any flaws or bugs during the game development process: - testing PC, PS3, XBOX360 and NINTENDO DS games in a systematic way; - analyzing the game's performance against the designer's intentions - identifying and reporting problems, and suggesting improvements directly to the game developers; - use a software quality management system (JIRA) to document the findings into a centralized database shared with the worldwide EA QA groups.

Customer Support for Gaming and Software: - providing technical support to the user via phone calls, voice mail, email and messaging; - proposing membership acquisitions and renewals; - troubleshooting for solving the compatibility issues between the video games and the user's devices/operating systems; - creating accounts for the new users on the platform; - managing the users' complaints and ask them probing questions in order to identify the cause of the issue and the best possible resolution; - processing refunds to the customers for the automatic recurrent payments; - turning to account the data collected automatically by the platform's search engine and personalize the recommendations provided to the users; - sending a report to the Team Manager regarding the accomplishments and performance at the end of every day; - working together with the other Team members in order to achieve the best performance and targets.
