Managed all aspects of VSNL’s network creation for the Retail Broadband (WiMAX), Corporate Data and Wholesale businesses (transport, IP, MPLS managed services, voice and last-mile networks). • Created and implemented Annual Network Operating Plan (CAPEX circa $300 Million) by defining network priorities, detailed investment plan and key planning performance metrics. • Grew customer-facing capacity by 250%, core capacity by 100% and enhanced last mile coverage by 45% through strategic technology evaluation, vendor selection, capacity management and network engineering.• Organizational responsibility for team of 250+ engineers (performance reviews, training and career planning).
