- Responsible of National Distribution Center profiles replenishment; - Process and approve received orders from national subsidiaries;- Draw up the proposed painting program to the Production Department;- Assign deadlines for delivery depending on national and international stocks;- Plan daily and periodic schedule for Production Department-Threading;- Plan daily schedule for electrostatic painting;- Supervise painting orders regarding delivery terms, shipping program and communicate them to the customers;- Monitor and optimize profiles stock in national centers;- Internal monitoring of raw materials and powder stocks;- Supervise processes execution in order to maintain the deadlines;- Support in logistics policies, procedures, support plans and similar data.- Provide assistance in order to meet the Logistics annual targets;- Coordinates with HQ Logistics department from Alumil Greece and co-workers to assure that the outcomes are accurate and current.
