I am currently acting as Finance Director at Eazy Asigurări where I am an active player in the elaboration and implementation of the financial strategy of the Company. I am also monitoring the daily financial aspects by substantiating the main financial indicators related to the Company's activities and proposing measures for their compliance. I am supporting the executive management team by providing information and financial advice that allow them to make the business decisions for the Company.Previously, I have activated as Senior Manager in the Assurance Dept. within Deloitte Romania. This role required me to be involved, either as a team manager or as a subject-matter expert, in different projects, from IFRS gap analysis and implementation to the review of compliance of the entities' policies with legal / sectoral regulatory requirements and the drafting of the related remedial and improvement measures.Before joining Deloitte, I have served as Chief Accountant and Finance Controller for Romanian subsidiaries of AIG Life / MetLife. Besides close supervision over accounting and controlling areas, these roles required me to prepare, analyze, verify and disseminate critical monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports, coupled with budgeting and forecasting responsibilities.I have twenty years of experience in accounting, reporting and budgeting, audit and assurance, including a solid background in managing and coaching teams.
