- Providing a full technical support experience to Microsoft Premier customers in EMEA managing complex issues and performing troubleshooting for Microsoft Exchange On-Premise & Cloud (2010/2013/2016/2019 & O365) in English and French.- Ownership throughout the duration of the case, from the identification of the problems to the complete resolution.- Ensuring that every support request is handled according to the SLA.- Helping customers with best practices on how they can keep their environments fully functional, secure and up-to-date.- Provided consulting on on-premises and hybrid Microsoft Exchange deployments, high availability, compatibility with third-party applications, mailbox migrations, disaster recovery, etc.- Collaborate with other Microsoft technology engineering teams to provide rapid resolution for complex scenarios.- Collaboration with Technical Account Managers and Incident Managers to ensure the best customer experience.- Helping new colleagues grow through knowledge sharing and mentoring.
