From this position I was involved in optimization of SME credit approval flow and redesign of credit products for SMEI was also responsible for developing a management software for the lending flow, starting with the first visit to the client until the implementation of the approved facilities. Drawing business requirements, discussion with colleagues from software development, application tests, are some of the tasks that I've had in that period.
