Main responsibilities▪ Verification and validation of mandatory information necessary to update internal company systems, according to internal procedures;▪ Checking and ensuring that documents received from partner meet audit / compliance requirements and also if they are consistent with company policy;▪ Acting as single point of contact for partners in order to allow communication development from the first step to the last step of the process. Taking over the details of contracts won by the company and mediating the relationship between the company and partner, so the details needed to implement contracts in systems to be fair, in accordance with the process;▪ Collaborating with process specialists (in sales or business operations areas) to ensure the accuracy of information submitted by the partner agreement and delivered to the local contract administrators;▪ Preparing the reports required, with or without recurrence, by top management and providing an updated situation at any time, in connection with applications being processed or already processed.

Administrative responsibilities for implementing the contracts with partners. Ensure that contracts areproperly carried out commercially and legally, in accordance with the policies and procedures ofcustomer support;▪ Ensuring the verification and functionality of all relevant aspects of the process, business control andaudit compliance requirements;▪ Entering all the contract details in specific systems (ACDC/MFG/SAP);▪ Ensuring proper maintenance of the contracts into the systems;▪ Ensuring that all documents are printed / stored / sent in due time.
