Support for company employees for internal and external applications used daily,support for workstations in the country, running daily checks of jobs successfully andtroubleshooting when necessary. Activate and change financial products interestaccording to requests received from business on internal servers.Test the changes made on the internal applications before they were deployed inproduction. Daily update the application used by accounting with the new salenumbers received from the core application.

I analyzed the new loan requests and check their eligibility for approval. I needed tocheck the informations from the Credit Bureau and other internal databases andapplications, to check the informations of the company where the client works, tofollow the internal procedures and to approve or reject the new requests.

I had to check the loan contracts (consumer goods or personal needs), if they were paid in full and i had to close them in the internal application used by the company. I did two weeks training in accounting department in order to close contracts. I had to charge penalties or reverse them, to reduce the interest if the customer paid in advance the loan.

The company was a local Internet Provider for multiple areas from Bucharest.I had to monitor networks from 3 separate areas, to make sure that everything goes well and if there were problems i needed to fix them quickly and at the same time to install new subscribers.
