Alin Crinu Pop graduated from the University of Bucharest, Law Faculty, following the post-graduate specialization studies in International Trade Law.He is currently the President of the Commercial Court of Arbitration Ilfov and of the Romanian Arbitration Institute.He began his career in the Ministry of Petrol where he served as legal adviser and department arbitrator. Since 1987 he became a member of the Bucharest Bar, establishing A.C. Pop Law Office, which he leads today. He also held the position of arbitrator of the Arbitration Court of the Ilfov Chamber of Commerce and Industry. His business covers areas such as civil law, commercial law, labor law, European law, air law, insolvency, international arbitration, representing numerous national companies and businesses in non-judicial and judicial proceedings at national and international level. He leads the only law firm in Romania certified to give legal advice and assistance in civil aviation. Alin C. Pop is also certified in business management by Wallace E. Carroll School of Management Boston and has attend several IATA air law courses.Alin C.
