Main responsibilities and activities: - Coordinating the activities of the branches to ensure that the customer expectations regarding the standard of services and product knowledge are met; participate in the staff recruiting process;- Ensure the development and increase the performance of people in accordance with UCT policy, standards and procedures of the Retail Sales Channel in order to obtain optimum performance from all team members; - Supervises and coordinates regional branches providing support for Branch Managers in order to achieve monthly sales targets; Responsible for preparing, implementing and coordinating the achievement of budget planning at regional branches; - Co-ordinates and supervises the work of Branch Managers, offer feedback, advises and motivates them to encourage and support the team in achieving the bank's financial plan; Evaluate and provide feedback advises to the Branch Managers; - Developing new business opportunities and the management of the relationships with the present / potential clients;

Responsibilities, Achievements:- Coordinating the activities of the branch;- Developing new business opportunities and the management of the relationships with the present /potential clients;- Promoting the services and the products of the bank, developing andmaintaining the relationships with the present / potential clients;- The efficient management of the income and expense budget of the branch;- Taking part in the annual planning process, being responsible for the achievement of the annual financial / sales objectives of the branch;- Responsible for the identifying, monitoring and appraising the potential credit,operational and reputation risk; - Monitors the observance of the requirements of the "Know you Customers" standards and of the procedure regarding the identifying,the prevention and combating money laundering and the prevention of financing terrorism at the branch level;- Checks up and assures the necessary framework to promote the bank products and to perform specific marketing activities at the branch level;

Responsibilities, Achievements:- Design financial forecast, Create Income Statements, Cash Flows and Business Plans managing a macroeconomic database; - Conducting ongoing portfolio reviews and preparing detailed write-upsfor Senior Management; - Evaluation of associated risk of transactions; - Improving customer services and customer satisfaction; - Propose and implement the BROM marketing strategy; - Define marketing budget and planning; - Implement the BROM positioning; - Design and launch specific products and services; - Performing market and competition information analysis
