Working as an IT Service Management Consultant for the eu-LISA Entry/Exit System (EES) project, a large-scale IT system that is being developed and deployed for the EU.I performed multiple roles during this period, both as a Service Manager and as a Consultant. The primary focus was related to setting-up and activating services, process improvement, KPI/SLAs implementation, while also taking part in service delivery.

FQP Manager responsibilities: - Design process flows in collaboration with process owners- Track documentation status- Plan and conduct periodic reviews of process documentation- Manage audits on process documentation- Liaison with all parties involved (authors, reviewers, external auditors)- Present findings and manage corrective actions from development to implementationService improvement specialist responsibilities: - Perform maturity assessments- Determine opportunity viability - Manage specific process improvement- Liaison with parties involved (SMEs, Process or Service Owners, Client)- Reporting service improvement status.

Quality assurance and quality control activities for one of the most important IBM government clients.- Contribution in the update and review of the Framework Quality Plan and related documentation;- Perform QA&C as described in the Framework Quality Plan and related documentation; - Improve and maintain the QA&C working documentation;- Review internal documentation as described in the QA&C process and related procedures, while applying the client’s specific methodology;- Design, initiate, improve, control and manage QA&C checks that meet client requirements;- Improve, standardize, document, adjust and report the internal Key Performance Indicators;- Use SAP BO front-end tool to prepare recurrent reports for KPI or ad-hoc reports for internal use. - Suggest and drive improvements along with best practice sharing;- Support external audits and benchmarks;
