Closure Mechanisms perimeter (Latches, Handles, Dampers, Stoppers) and Window Regulators, Sealing, Glazing and Mirrors, Wiper mechanisms- Manage a cross functional team in order to achieve the defined objectives (Quality, Timing, Cost, Performance) - Build and maintain a network of relationships in all Functions (R&D, Commercial, Finance, Purchasing, Quality and Manufacturing)- Prepare and manage the technical meetings with national and international Tier 1 suppliers (MGI Coutier, Valeo, Hutchinson, Sealynx, Saint Gobain, Sisecam, Pilkington, etc.) - Ensure the quick application of solutions, in case of technical problems at the client, or in the plant- Reporting directly to the Technical Synthesis Engineer and the Deputy Chief Engineer during the Modification Committee and the Technical Meetings- Manage the cost reduction plan of the perimeter, in order to achieve the target- Ensure the correct application of modifications for the parts that are often used in different plants (ex.
