    Following the attendance of the training in Holland to learn the tools and processes, I have implemented and adapted them to fit the regional needs. If necessary, I discuss with my counterparts from production and logistics the actions which need to be undertaken (to contact third party pump services, to open another concrete station or move trucks to another location).I regularly have in person meetings with customers to create a stronger work relationship, to better understand their needs and to foster trust.I have provided training for the branch in Cluj on the Command Truck application, which allows an overview of the orders, pourings, deliveries and reporting, the main application used within the company. After the deployment, I have supervised as well as optimized the workflow and ensured that independent activity could be handled within six months.The monthly and yearly target of cubic meters delivered hourly under my coordination has been overachieved in 2021 by 10.5% and in 2020 by 10%.I always strive to create a pleasant work environment for the people in my team, to make sure that they have growth opportunities and equal treatment.
