This position is responsible for the implementation of loss prevention programs and achievement of financial and shortage goals. Provide protective and counter-terrorism security advice to support businesses in order to reduce vulnerability to terrorist threats.Identify and assess local critical sites that might be vulnerable to terrorist or extremist attack within their force areasPromote awareness of the terrorist threat and develop positive ongoing relationships by appropriate discussion of changes in the prevailing terrorist threat and commensurate responses.

Conduct threat and risk assessment, as a part of company’s risk management process. Identify gaps/vulnerabilities in existing capabilities and make recommendations regarding the mitigating measures.Obtain comprehensive security information and produce background papers relating to incidents that affect safety and security of the clients. Prepare and provide/deliver security plans, briefings, SOPs, recommendations to the company and to clients.Monitor, conduct and coordinate security operations. Plan, organize and conduct low profile/covered close protection operations for designated clients.

Planning , administration and supervision of PSD. Maintenance of liaison with the protective’s staff in order to ensure the timely exchange of information regarding schedule, threat, unscheduled moves, etc. Assignation of agents to specific shifts and supervision of positions (close in body cover), prior to the onset of detail. Establishment of rapport with the protectee and explanation of the role of security.) Maintenance of formal demeanor, adaptable to the protectee's personality. Providing of close-in body cover.Training of agents by tactical instructions and guidance. Maintenance of primary radio link with command post and agents on field work. Assistance in the right of the driver in the follow vehicle. Alignment of agents in positions based on preliminary surveillance of the location. Correction if need and implementation of protective tactics. Supervising of detail agents. Updating of information and advising of agents in charge regarding the current tactical situation and shift leader actions. Supervising and maintenance of the logistics command post. Preparing of daily schedules of the agents (push schedule). Handling with disciplinary problems that can appear in the operational team.
