As part of my role at Atlantic Group Limited, I was responsible for establishing the internal audit function (development of the IA Strategy and Annual Plans) and executing the internal audits within the group entities, reporting to the Board of Directors. Successfully supported the financial team in improving the internal control environment in procurement, payroll, third party third-party and other areas. As part of my role, I also handled complex fraud investigations that involved addressing whistleblower allegations and responding to government regulatory requests.
