Current> ERM implementation and management across 50+ businesses in the MENA region and the Indian subcontinent, aligning processes with Group requirements and international standards in coordination with key business stakeholders (CFOs, CEOs, Regional management, Internal Auditors, etc.)> Successfully onboarded over 20 businesses into the Group’s ERM system, which included training staff, developing risk registers, facilitating workshops, and streamlining reporting processes.> Crafted and executed a regional ERM strategy to advance the maturity of ERM practices within the Group.> Conducted maturity assessments, identifying key opportunities for improvement and providing detailed roadmaps for ERM enhancement.> Monitoring of the industry trends to analyse their impacts on business operations and adapted ERM strategies accordingly.> Work with an industry-specific risk universe that included categorisations and standard risk events to standardise the ERM process across business units.> Implemented consolidation and analysis of the group-wide risk intelligence at the divisional and regional levels, leveraging data modelling and visualisation techniques to develop actionable insights.> Re-designed and implemented risk register templates and risk report templates for regional business units and headquarters, enhancing consistency and accuracy in reporting.> Coordinated with group resilience teams to address business continuity risks and assisted in developing robust business continuity plans.> Developed a global risk awareness campaign, prepared tailored training materials, and established a dedicated webpage to disseminate these resources across the business.> Participated in the development, implementation, and management of the group-wide risk management system, including data transformation, modelling, and visualisation, to enable real-time risk reporting and monitoring.
