As a Quality Assurance Food Safety Supervisor position i was responsible for all quality assurance and foodsafety related internal audits in adherence with regulatory standards. supervising a QA team lead and a teamof technicians operating on both day and night shifts. Additionally, the position develops, implements andmanages quality control and food safety systems designed to ensure continuous production of advancedcomposite materials and applications (consistent with established standards, customer specifications andproduction goals). Ensure a high level of internal and external customer service. Investigate (and correct) customer issues andcomplaints relating to quality.
