My responsibilities included performing extensive competitive/user research considering product limitations and external/internal technical dependencies to find the most suitable solution for new feature development and platform improvements.Also, I worked on the UX assessment of the platform and researched using think-aloud testing to ideate new points of possibility. I prepared a clear implementation plan for all the projects I lead that matches the DoR and proves its effectiveness.

I came to Yola in 2017 to support the Legacy platform, the market leader in 2009, and work on a new product. The challenge was creating a new modern site-building platform that would be competitive in the modern market in just four months.As part of the design team of three UX/UI designers and the Product manager, we builtthe atomic design system for templates and designed 200+ ready-to-use blocks andblock layouts. I designed customizable website templates, basic editor features, and extensions.

Also, I worked on branding, creating a vision for small brands and providing them with graphics primarily for published, printed, or electronic media and advertising.
