- Full-cycle recruiting in a startup environment - Ability to interview engineers on a technical level, to determine their level of skill, as well as understand and explain job requirements for IT roles - Client Management skills with the ability to build strong relationships with both hiring managers and candidates - Strong analytical skills to utilize data in your hiring process with strength in negotiation and closing skills - Proven success in recruiting for the technology sector - Hands-on experience with various interview formats (ex: Teams, Zoom, Google Hangouts) - Experience using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to source quality candidates - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Tenacity, resourcefulness, and strong ability to build a solid network

- Prepare for job advertisements; - Placement of vacancies on the internet;- Selection of candidates for vacancies;- Initial interview with candidates;- Organization of repeated interviews with technical specialists.

- Managing meeting schedules, creating ad-hoc meetings for supervisor;- Communication with citizens and legal entities; - Taking meeting notes upon request;- Assisting candidates in hiring: helping with contract processing, and signing the contract.
