As part of the Club’s Leadership Team my role involves creating a remarkable culture to empower all our ANDis with the learning, upskilling and developing experience they need to flourish at work and delight our clients. As a People Lead I have responsibility for all people activities for the Club in line with the wider AND and local Club vision.I work alongside the Club Executive and the Service Delivery Lead to ensure that the People Promise is kept at the forefront of day to day and organisational decisions within the Club.

First point of contact for all employees across the group and responsible for supporting the full employee lifecycle including induction / onboarding, performance management, training and development, employee relations, right through to facilitating a smooth exit from the business. The purpose of my role was to ensure a seamless administration and support service in relation to all aspects of HR, informing and supporting the payroll process, advising managers and employees as well as analysing data to provide useful performance indicators for the Senior Management Team.
